Hi everyone~ I’m in my mid-30s, and even though I looked fine on the outside, I honestly had a really severe complex about my breasts. Every time I chose clothes or wore a swimsuit, the stress was insane, and honestly, people around me saying I looked fine wasn’t even 1% comforting lol. You know my own satisfaction matters the most, right? Then I happened to go for a consultation, and the director explained the surgery process and implant types so clearly, without pressuring me at all. That’s when I thought, ah, if I do this, my life might change in a more positive way, so I went for it right away. Right after surgery, it was seriously a living hell. On day 2, they removed the gauze and I switched to a compression bra, and basically you can assume every movement hurt, whether getting up or raising my arms. Even taking painkillers every 5–6 hours, the muscle-pain feeling was intense. But if I can give one tip, stock up on nipple patches before wearing the compression bra. This is seriously essential! After a week, the swelling went down and it became a bit more bearable, and after 2 months, the feel became soft and squishy, and the side-line volume is absolutely insane lol. Now I can wear wireless bras too, and there’s no inconvenience at all in daily life. What’s really amazing is my mindset more than my appearance. I bought a bikini for the first time this summer, and when I looked in the mirror, I just smiled automatically. More than simply having bigger breasts, I feel so proud that it was a decision I made purely for myself. I’ve found joy in dressing up, and my confidence has shot straight up. If anyone here has only been worrying like I did, just go for a consultation at least once. Life is short, right? If you have questions, leave a comment!
