1-Month Review of Breast Surgery at Dite

It feels like I just had the surgery the other day, but I’m already leaving my 1-month review. From the first day of surgery through the first week, I had tolerable pain that continued, but after the second week, the pain surprisingly decreased and I think movement became much more comfortable. My job involves moving around a lot, so I was really worried at first, but unlike what I expected, although I moved slowly, I don’t think there was any major inconvenience in daily life. (From day 1 to day 7, my allergies were really severe due to a silicone allergy and the upper band. After taking allergy medication, it gradually got better.) More than anything else, I think having to sleep facing straight up is hard. This was actually harder than the pain from surgery haha Now that it’s been a month, I’ve gotten much more used to it, so it’s more comfortable though.

At my 1-month hospital visit, the director checked my progress and said the progress was good. They said I no longer need to wear the upper band, and that I should wear a sports bra as usual and only wear the supportive bra when sleeping, so I was really happy~ They also said that from now on I can manage the scars by applying scar ointment or attaching scar gel. (I’ll have to apply it diligently.) As my breasts gradually get softer and the upper breasts gradually settle down, I think they’ll look more natural, so I’m looking forward to it.

I’ll come back again to write a review after visiting the hospital for 3-month scar care.
