Has anyone here had scar tissue that suddenly appeared inside the nose, or a firm..? swollen mucous membrane feeling inside the nose, that appeared and then went away? I do think there’s a high chance it’s scar tissue, but is it okay to just leave it alone… Breathing isn’t uncomfortable, but it does feel like something is protruding, and when I yawn I feel a foreign-body sensation
