Nose Surgery Reviews

Trying posting my 1-month results with no implant and autologous costal cartilage!

From the front, my nose looked blunt, low, and was even crooked, so I was really stressed because of my nose. I was worried that if I got an implant, I might have side effects later, so from the beginning I decided to go with no implant and autologous costal cartilage. At the clinic, I had the overall height raised from the mid-bridge to the nasal tip, corrected my bulbous nose and droopy nose, straightened the crooked nose, and also had columella lowering. After surgery, my nose really changed dramatically. Since the blunt nasal tip from the front became more defined, my whole face looks slimmer, and because the crookedness was corrected, the left-right symmetry is just right, so I’m so happy The columella lowering also turned out naturally well. Because it’s implant-free, there’s almost no foreign-body feeling, and I think having less worry about side effects is also a really big advantage. The nasal tip shape also seems to be maintaining nicely because it was done with autologous costal cartilage. I thought about it for a long time because I was worried about implants, but I think I made the right choice. I’ll have to keep watching the progress, but for now I’m really satisfied.
