They examined me very thoroughly. Because of an incorrect primary surgery, my double eyelid adhesions and fixation were strong, so it was difficult to test out a line on my eyes, but they still tried drawing a line for me. Some doctors had said they couldn’t create a line, so I liked that they tried. They provide consultations calmly and in detail. They also explained why there was a step-off in my eyes, and said that improvement of sleepy-looking eyes through ptosis correction seemed sufficiently possible. Looking at the reviews, I remembered that they seemed to do ptosis correction well, so I had mostly made up my mind to go here. However, the wait at the hospital was long, and it felt a bit chaotic. The consultant in charge of me was kind, but the other front-desk staff were not really like that.
