I didn’t feel that the consultation itself was very clear, and the explanations tended to be somewhat lengthy, so it was difficult to quickly grasp the main points. Also, the facilities were somewhat disappointing, as they felt closer to a slightly poor environment rather than generally clean or comfortable. However, when I asked separate questions about things I was curious about, they answered those relatively sincerely, and their attitude itself was not bad. Overall, it was an experience where I felt both disappointing aspects and acceptable aspects.
