Revision surgery, in particular, is no longer merely “cosmetic”; it is closer to structural correction, so it should not be approached lightly. What matters is not the hospital, but the operating surgeon’s experience and judgment, and above all, accurately understanding the condition of your own nose comes first. If surgery is performed without distinguishing whether the issue is scar tissue or a structural problem, there is a high possibility that the result will repeatedly collapse. A successful rhinoplasty does not look obvious and appears natural, but if it fails, both function and appearance are affected. That is why stability should come before greed, and accurate judgment before speed.
