I had a bulbous nose, but after getting procedures like Hiko and filler, my nose became higher, so honestly I lived without feeling much stress about my bulbous nose. Then, because I wanted more and more to become prettier, I started looking into surgery. Back then, I believed that if I just had surgery, I would get a slim celebrity-like nose;; So I went around to consultations here and there, and at one clinic they spoke so confidently, as if my bulbous nose would all improve, so I trusted them and went ahead. I had it done in September 2020 using silicone + ear cartilage, and I remember the cost being in the mid-to-high 2 million won range. From after the surgery, I never felt like it had improved, and there was even a very blunt-looking buildup of flesh next to my nose. Before surgery, when my nose had filler, my facial balance was right, but at this point it actually felt like my nose had become bigger, and the stress about my bulbous nose hit me badly. So when I went in for my 2-month follow-up, even the chief director who did the surgery brought up revision surgery;; But then they kept saying scar tissue might go down with time, and it felt like they were just dragging it out...?? In the end, I had revision surgery in February 2022. But during the consultation, they clearly said it would improve, and I paid the full amount and had the surgery, so I was pretty stressed about the fact that it did not improve at all and that I had to have surgery again. The revision was not like they were doing anything amazing, just removing the scar tissue that had built up?
And during the consultation before the first surgery, they said my bulbous nose would improve and all that, but when I consulted before the revision, they said my nose itself was the problem, so it could not help but be bulbous and would not improve much, which was absurd. Then they should have told me from the very beginning before I had surgery that they could not do it, or shouldn't they refund a certain amount? After hearing that, I had already given up emotionally and got the revision, and as expected, my nose felt even blunter?!ㅠㅠ After that, the clinic name changed from ㅇㅂ to ㅇㅂㅅ, and the clinic expanded and reopened.. It is fine to take new patients, but I do wish they would take responsibility and properly care for people like me who trusted that clinic and the director.. These days I am looking into removing nasal scar tissue... I miss my nose from when I had filler before surgery so muchㅠㅠ Everyone, do not get surgery just because you are tempted by what the clinic consultant or director says, and personally, I think most places that are famous and have lots of reviews circulating are advertisements, so I recommend looking into private clinics. Let's hang in there !!!
