I wanted a natural but defined semi-out line, so I wanted to avoid an excessive look and asked for a design that would suit my eyes without overdoing it. During the consultation, I didn’t feel like they were pushing anything too much, and I liked that they explained things according to the direction I was aiming for. I had natural adhesion and upper epicanthoplasty done together at Dress Plastic Surgery. Right after the surgery, it looked a bit awkward because of the swelling, but after the first week, the major swelling went down, and now only some minor swelling remains. The line settled faster than I expected, and since it looks defined without being excessive, my satisfaction is pretty good. The semi-out look I wanted came out nicely, and my eyes definitely look clearer than before. Maybe because I had the upper epicanthoplasty done too, the inner corners of my eyes feel less stuffy, and overall my eye shape looks more open. Opening my eyes also takes less effort than before, and they open more clearly; even in photos, my eyes tend to look less stuffy. When doing makeup, the line is already there, so even drawing just a thin eyeliner makes my eyes look defined, which is so convenient. There is still some minor swelling left, so on some mornings the swelling comes up, and it will probably need more time to fully settle, but the line itself is clear and pretty, so I’m satisfied. I think people who want a naturally defined semi-out line can use this as a reference.
