Bulbous nose before and after... the importance of the front view;;;

No procedure, no surgery x I got a lot of recommendations for ear cartilage, so I wanted to use it, but because of the width + thickness/structural part of my nose, I used autologous costal cartilage. It’s not that having a bulbous nose automatically means you should reduce the nose; it was mainly about improving the shape. @@My nose itself wasn’t originally wide, it just looked very spread out@@@ The director said he would make it look less spread out, and since rib cartilage from under the chest was used, it’s supported more firmly The spread-out look has disappeared a lot As for size, unless it’s really slight, I can barely tell. The bulbous-nose feeling seems to have improved well Comparing it with before, I think I really did need the surgery.... I painfully realized the importance of the front view@@@ Absolutely NOT forcing surgery XXXXXX NOT recommending it XXXXXXX just what I personally felt@@@ I was worried it might go back to looking bulbous because of my original skin/flesh type, but it doesn’t really seem to be doing that???????????
