I had alar reduction with Director Dr. Lee Hee-young at a plastic surgery clinic, and I’m now 3 months post-op! The alar area that used to look spread out from the front has been refined a lot, so my overall impression looks much sharper. Before, I used to contour my alar area too, but now I’ve been able to use a bit less contouring. I haven’t had any discomfort at all from the beginning until now, and I think it has settled perfectly now!! Rather than looking obviously reduced, it feels naturally slimmer, like it was always my own nose, so I’m satisfied.
