I had nose surgery at a clinic using my own ear cartilage, without silicone. Overall, I’m satisfied because it seems to have turned out naturally, without an artificial look. In particular, my thick nasal tip was refined into a slimmer shape, making my overall impression look much cleaner. The unnatural look I had been worried about before surgery is barely noticeable. People around me also say I became naturally prettier without it looking too obvious. The recovery process has also been smoother than I expected. Overall, I’m satisfied with the result and think it was a good choice.
