During the consultation, both the staff and the director were extremely kind, and they listened carefully to my facial condition and concerns one by one, which made me trust them. Rather than simply recommending procedures, they explained in detail what direction would suit me better and what the pros and cons were, which I appreciated. I asked a lot of questions, but they answered calmly without showing any sign of annoyance, and that was especially impressive. Overall, it was a consultation that allowed me to fully understand and make a decision, and I hope the procedure will also be carried out as quickly and comfortably as possible, without pain. They also explained the aftercare and precautions well, so it was a satisfying experience.
