There’s still so much swelling, so I really look like an Avatar... lol Even after the surgery, I’m a bit worried because I removed the silicone but left the ear cartilage in the nasal tip. I’m worried that over time the ear cartilage might sag a bit, show through, or shift downward... sigh, should I have removed everything... I really like the current shape! I think I’ll only be able to tell things like any step-off or the shape once the swelling goes down. But the nostril/alar area is definitely super chubby lololol It’s probably because of the ear cartilage... I’ll delete the photo after a day! Please excuse the pores on my nose.. I haven’t been able to wash my face I did blur it a bit.
