Pros: The doctors ask various questions and listen well to requests. They ask whether the last procedure was okay, whether I’ve had this kind of procedure before, what my skin condition is like, etc. They talk with me for more than 30 seconds before the procedure. Oh, hair removal isn’t like that. I’ve been to other factory-style clinics too, but they almost never talk to you... Compared with those, the doctors here are generally kind and sincere. (Maybe because I only go on weekday afternoons.) The manager is also kind and doesn’t do excessive sales pitches or pressure me to pay. When I was getting Rejuran, I forgot to ask them to show me the package being opened and was already lying down, but they opened it in front of my eyes on their own and gave me the sticker.
Cons: The front desk staff is not great;; Their facial expressions are unfriendly and their tone is kind of... When I went for the first time after QR check-in was introduced and said I had a reservation, they didn’t even make eye contact, just kept typing on the keyboard and said, “Please check in with the QR code in front.” There were several times like that when I felt offended. ++ Recently they’ve gotten a bit kinder. Did the rude staff member quit?
Also, a few days ago I went in, had a procedure, booked my next appointment, and left, but now that I look, the appointment date was set wrong and I got a Kakao notification lol;; It’s only a one-day difference, but if I hadn’t known, my schedule could’ve gotten messed up.
I think I’ve spent 4-5 million won at this clinic alone. The doctors are good for a factory-style clinic (except one of them), but the front desk keeps ruining my mood, so I’m considering switching to another clinic once I use up all my prepaid credit. ++ The parking makes me so annoyed every time I go. It takes at least 10 minutes just to park, and they make you circle all the way down to basement level 3. Weekday afternoons are at least a bit better.
