At first, I got full-face Botox and liked it so much that I think I went back about three times. Honestly, the director kept changing every time, and they charged money if I requested a specific one, so I thought that was kind of shady. But the consultant was so kind that I think I went back up to three times because of her. Most of the directors are good and kind, but there seems to be quite a big difference depending on the director. Also, I got the impression that the directors change more often than expected. When I tried to find a doctor who had done a good job before, there were several cases where I was told they had left, so I think the director turnover is somewhat frequent.
