Hump osteotomy + columellar strut with septal cartilage (+ donor rib cartilage may also be used) + ear cartilage for the nasal tip + correcting the step-off with donor dermis. Maybe because they mainly use donor dermis, they said the shape could change from moment to moment. I wanted a natural-looking nose shape, so I showed them a photoshopped version of my photo, but the director’s reaction was negative. It seems like he has a very clear aesthetic of his own. The consultant was very kind, and she showed me a few review photos; most of them had a naturally glamorous feel.
