The consultation is always done with the director, and the consultation with the manager at the end is only about the cost. The director checks everything with pinching and ultrasound, and honestly tells you about the approximate thickness and whether there will be an effect or not. It was nice that they also conscientiously told me which areas were necessary and unnecessary, beyond the areas I wanted to consult about
