Hi. I had silicone inserted only in the nasal bridge 20 years ago, and recently I’ve had bruising + swelling + slight pain, so I’m planning to remove the silicone. My original nose has a low bridge and the tip shows slightly. (It’s not an upturned nose, but my nostrils show a little.) Even now my nostrils show (it also feels like maybe they show more somehow,,). Since there’s a problem, I do think removing the silicone is the right choice, and both ㅊㅁ and ㅅㅇ recommended removal.
But what I’m worried about is that if I remove it, my bridge will get lower + my nostrils will show a bit, so I’m wondering if I should remove the silicone and also lower just the nasal tip a little.
I’ve never touched my nasal tip, so the ear cartilage and all that are just my own.
1. Just remove the silicone 2. Remove the silicone and slightly adjust the nasal tip
Between these two, which direction would be better?
If I adjust the nasal tip, wouldn’t I still have to worry about contraction later? That thought also comes up.
My mind is so complicated!!!! Please give me your opinions
