I’ve had posterior canthoplasty several times, but after getting it restored, the indentation in the outer corner like this makes me embarrassed to look people in the eye… While getting outer corner lowering and posterior canthoplasty, the area under my eye became puffy during the process of lowering the eye corner, so my eyes ended up looking like I had excessive aegyo-sal filler. The clinic that did the surgery says the under-eye puffiness needs to be removed with under-eye fat repositioning, but even after going around to other clinics, they don’t recommend surgery for the under-eye area. My double eyelids don’t look natural either, but is there anyone who can take a good look at my eyes? I got the posterior canthoplasty restoration done at a well-known place.
