Eye Surgery Reviews

My natural eyes were different from my desired look, so I got double eyelid surgery.......

Some people say uneven eyes are charming and pretty, but by my standards, having a double eyelid on only one side looked so unbalanced~~ and it stressed me out that whenever I wore makeup, everything looked buried. I thought about just living with double eyelid tape, but anyone here who has probably tried double eyelid tape + makeup together will know..... it is so hard to touch up, it damages the eyelid skin, and because of that particular messy-looking makeup, I ended up getting surgery. I wanted a definite, glamorous-yet-natural in-out line, so I passed on all the places that specialized in a very natural look. From the start, I thought it could not succeed if their aesthetic did not match mine, and even if the aesthetic matched, I passed if the clinic had low recognition.... It cannot be helped. As the saying goes, the old masters are the best, so I wanted to have it done by an experienced, veteran director. What I thought during the consultation was that I learned for the first time that my eyes had a lot of fat..... I had even been really, really careful with double eyelid tape because I was worried non-incisional surgery might not be possible But since there was a lot of fat anyway, they said it would need to be removed and done either as partial incision or full incision;; For full incision, I had a friend around me whose incisional double eyelid surgery went badly.. (not the same clinic), and I was also worried about recovery, so I ended up doing it at Louvre, where they recommended partial incision + fat removal. And I really liked the double eyelid line they marked the most. Even before surgery when they checked the design, they looked at it carefully..... I was nervous and went overboard talking about this and that, but the director was calm and gentle ^^..... So I think that helped ease my worries a bit. On the day I had double eyelid surgery, everything was so hectic, and I do not know why, but I also had a headache.... so I ran straight home, took my medicine, and slept really deeply..... They say you are not supposed to sleep..... Honestly, I might be the only person who just lay down and slept immediately But I was tired and my head hurt, so I just slept, and when I woke up, my condition was still better. I also had canthoplasty together, so at first there was redness and eye stinging..... But the reason I uploaded the day-8 photo is that my eyes got better over just a few days to a genuinely surprising degree;;;; There was no eye stinging, the redness completely went away, and I barely had swelling, so I could not hold back and even wore makeup then.... (Do not wear makeup, everyone. If you do not act like a problem child and just leave it alone, your eyes can recover more comfortably^^)..... And because satisfaction gets even higher after at least a month compared with then, there is no need to put yourself to the test early!!!! Waiting is easier.... When I was going around for consultations, another clinic told me to get ptosis correction too, but I did not do it because I did not want to, since I was worried about overcorrection;; (honestly, cost was also an issue.....) But Director Park did not particularly recommend it either, and I did not want it, so I did not do it. I think it was good that I did not. After doing double eyelid surgery + upper canthoplasty + fat removal together, opening my eyes became much better than before, and my eyes also look much clearer = ptosis correction is not necessarily the answer just because you look sleepy!!!!! But this is based on my case, and everyone’s eye shape is different, so I hope you go to many consultations, judge for yourself, and choose.
