I just got back from surgery. How does it look?? The bottom is the height I wanted, and the top is me, but I honestly feel like it’s completely ruined. I’m depressed. It even looks lower than before. It was a revision surgery, I asked for a very dramatic look, and it’s autologous costal cartilage.
