This time, I had implant-free hump nose surgery with Dr. Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery Clinic. The surgery was performed using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, tailored to the condition of my nose! During the consultation, the doctor carefully listened to the areas I wanted to improve and explained in detail which method would be best, so I was able to trust him and make my decision. It has been about two months now, and overall the line looks natural and feels much more refined than before, so I’m satisfied. I like it even more because it’s not an overly obvious style! For those who, like me, prefer a natural straight-to-slightly-upturned line and are considering their first implant-free surgery using septal cartilage, I think it would be worth having a consultation!
