After my first nose surgery, I ended up with a pinched nose + weird nostrils.. The photos are honestly still so hard to look at even now... While looking into revision rhinoplasty, I got interested in philtrum-and-nose surgery, and since my nose was already unattractive and my philtrum was long too, I thought it was the perfect surgery for my face that looked totally like a chestnut Only after the surgery did I start noticing people worrying about scars after philtrum surgery, so I was anxious, but it’s been a little over 3 weeks now and I don’t think it shows at all Honestly, I only really wanted my nose to improve a bit and wasn’t that greedy about my philtrum, but my nose turned out so well and my philtrum length shortened a lot too, so it feels like I escaped the chestnut look!? I never expected my nose to turn out this well from what I had, but seriously, doctor, you didn’t take someone else’s nose and attach it to mine, right??? My nose turned out exactly in the natural style I wanted, and if I hadn’t done the philtrum shortening, I think I really would have regretted it. At this point, he really is my doctor-father, right? To the doctor who spoke so confidently from the consultation, no, my second father, thank you
