The doctor was kind and professional. It was my first double eyelid surgery, with incision, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty. The problem is that after a little over a year, the ptosis correction came undone... I went to another hospital for skin care, and even though it wasn’t an eye surgery clinic, I was told several times that it seemed like my ptosis correction had completely come undone, so I went back to the original clinic. They said it wasn’t loose enough to need revision surgery, but for me, opening my eyes is actually harder than before double eyelid surgery, and when I open my eyes looking straight ahead, they literally become axe-shaped angry eyes, so I’m looking into other hospitals. Even before surgery, they mentioned that my eye-opening strength was very weak, but I don’t know if it makes sense for first-time incisional ptosis correction to come undone in about a year. It had many good reviews as an eye-specialized clinic, and I chose it because I put safety first, but it’s not a clinic with particularly good aesthetic sense. The design is rough and not delicate.
