First of all, the consultation atmosphere was more comfortable than I expected. I was worried that going to a plastic surgery clinic would feel burdensome and that they might push all kinds of things on us, but it didn’t feel like that. They first looked closely at my mom’s eye condition and explained why the area under her eyes looked protruded, and I liked that they explained it in a way that was easy to understand. They said her fat was protruding somewhat, so simple care would have limitations, and that lower eyelid fat removal was a more suitable option for her case. They also explained the surgical method and recovery process in quite a bit of detail, and I felt a little relieved because the recovery period wasn’t as long as I had thought. Bruising and swelling vary by person, but they said daily activities are usually possible fairly soon, so that answered what I was curious about too. Overall, the consultation didn’t feel rushed, and they answered all my questions, so I was fairly satisfied.
