4-week review after nose surgery! I was always concerned about my small, low upturned nose and the lack of dimension in my face. When I went for consultations, I mainly looked for board-certified plastic surgeons at single-doctor clinics, and after researching online and visiting dozens of places, I decided to have it done by Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery. There was no recommendation for unnecessary procedures, and he took into consideration both a look that would suit my face well and the line I wanted. The surgery included a custom implant + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + short nose correction + nasal tip cartilage repositioning + osteotomy. It’s not excessive and looks natural, but there has been a clear improvement, so I’m really, really satisfied. I especially like that my front view improved a lotㅎㅎ After the osteotomy, I was worried that the nasal bridge might become too thin or that the empty space on my face would look wider, but now the nose has more presence and it actually feels like that space has decreased, so I’m really happy!
