I felt that my eyes looked dazed, asymmetrical, and not defined enough, so I decided I should get a consultation for double eyelid surgery. I had been thinking that the anesthesiologist was important for surgery, and I trusted this plastic surgery clinic first because I heard they had several anesthesiologists. I also saw postoperative review photos from surgeries performed by Director Park Byeong-chan, and I thought they matched the eyes I wanted. Later I found out that he specializes only in eye surgery, which made me trust him even more. Since it was a combination of natural adhesion double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty + upper canthoplasty, I was honestly a bit worried, but on the day of surgery there was only slight bruising on my left eye, and aside from that, the swelling was on the lower side. One week after stitch removal, the epicanthoplasty area still had some redness and felt a bit uneven, but everything improved after the second week. Now even the minor swelling looks completely gone, and I’m living happily with the eye shape I really wanted.
