I went to consultations at ㅅㅇ, ㅍㄹㅇ, and ㅅㅅㅇ. It’s been over ten years since I had my nose surgery, and I assume I had hump osteotomy, silicone, and septal cartilage done at a hospital that no longer exists.
1. ㅅㅇ It was the first hospital I went to for a consultation, so I was flustered and couldn’t ask many questions, which I regret For now, they said complete removal, smoothing the sharp part of the hump, and capsule removal are possible. My goal is to go back to my original nose, and they said that’s quite likely because my original nose had a drooping tip. They said I’m currently in the early stage of contracture.

3. ㅅㅅㅇ The doctor seemed the most academic, and they gave me a professional consultation for over 30 minutes, so it felt like a place I could trust as a doctor. Complete removal and capsule removal are both possible, but they said my original nose was one that dropped bluntly, so after removal it could droop more than my original nose or it could become upturned, so I’m really torn.. This was the only place that said it’s not contracture yet.
