How does everyone take care of their skin after nose surgery? Things like removing sebum around the nose and closed comedones. I haven’t even been wearing makeup lately, but I’m worried because so many closed comedones are appearing around the bridge of my nose and around my mouth…… But if something keeps coming up on the nasal tip, could it be inflammation? I heard it’s only inflammation if it’s right in the center, but since I’m not sure, it’d be better to ask, right
