Revision Surgery for a Drooping Nasal Tip

My columella was also somewhat recessed, and my nasal tip looked droopy, so I wasn’t happy with it. I searched around through communities and cosmetic surgery apps, and after deciding that I should go somewhere that performs revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, I liked one plastic surgery clinic and had a consultation there. After that, I ended up getting revision rhinoplasty with a combination of autologous costal cartilage + silicone. For the surgical plan, we aimed to keep the nasal bridge natural while balancing the nasal tip and nostril line! The doctor created a line that was much more natural and refined than I had expected, so I’m satisfied! It has now been over 6 months since my revision surgery, and I don’t have any major discomfort. I’m very satisfied because I feel like my nose suits my face better now!
