Revision rhinoplasty + philtrum reduction review

It had been over 10 years since my nose surgery, and my nose shape looked so outdated because the bridge between my eyes was high and straight. Also, for the past few years, my nasal tip started to feel too sharply pinched, and a horizontal line-like mark appeared on the nasal dorsum, so I started considering revision surgery. I felt so lost that I think I spent years just worrying about it. Then starting last year, I finally made up my mind and went around for consultations at about ten places. Every director had a different style and surgical method, and because I have thin skin, some said everything had to be removed, so it was one mental breakdown after another. Still, after going to consultations here and there, I decided to have surgery with Director Noh Bong-il at Glovi, because he clearly pointed out the exact problems with my nose and explained the direction for improvement without going overboard. Oh! My philtrum was also slightly on the long side, so I got philtrum reduction at the same time. I had actually been thinking of not doing philtrum reduction because of scarring, but here they do it inside the nostrils, so there was no worry about scars at all, and it could be shortened naturally. And the best part is that it can be done together in one go when doing nose surgery. There is a separate director for philtrum reduction. My nose was done by Director Noh Bong-il, and the philtrum reduction was done by Director Kim Jae-in! Anyway, for the nose, we lowered the glabella area, raised the nasal tip more, and shaped it into a rounded form. Also, one nostril had a slightly pointy? feeling, so that part was corrected too. It is still only week 2, so there is some swelling and the nasal tip is still lifted, but when I compare it with before, I definitely really, really like the line. My face also definitely looks more three-dimensional, and my philtrum got shorter with truly no obvious sign at all.
