I’m having surgery to remove an L-shaped silicone implant and use septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and they said I’ll have one more consultation with the director before surgery tomorrow. They said I can write down anything I’m curious about and bring it in. What questions would be good to ask? I do want to leave it to the director’s aesthetic sense, but since it’s a revision surgery, I feel like I need to clearly communicate what I don’t want. Would it feel too intrusive if I talk about the nose shapes I think are pretty, the nose shapes I dislike, and even things like the columella and septum? Please let me know if there’s anything I absolutely should talk about before surgery!
