As the title says, I had surgery with Mentor Smooth, but it ruptured, so I had revision surgery, and it will soon be 3 months. Looking back now, I think I was lucky that during the consultation they happened to find out it was a micro-rupture, so I was able to get revision surgery early. It’s scary to think what might have happened if I hadn’t known 🤯 For everyone who has had surgery, I really recommend getting checked regularly even if you don’t have pain!!! I also had no pain, so if it hadn’t been for the ultrasound, I wouldn’t have known it had ruptured. When choosing a surgical clinic, I recommend checking whether they regularly provide ultrasound exams as part of aftercare, whether you need to pay extra for checkup fees, and considering those things before deciding. The clinic where I had surgery also does ultrasound exams at 3 months and 1 year, and it’s convenient because they’re all included in the surgery fee. Since mine was a revision and I used Motiva, honestly the surgery cost was pretty burdensome If checkup fees had been added on top of that, it would’ve been hard (This time I had even forgotten about the ultrasound checkup, but the clinic contacted me The director is great too, but all the staff are kind, so I recommend them.) After my first surgery, it was so not pretty that I felt embarrassed to say I’d had surgery The size was small, so the volume was worse than a padded bra, you know? I paid money for it... so it was basically a failure On top of that, as time passed, the shape changed, my breasts sagged and had a chest-armor-like look After the revision surgery, I’m so happy now because they look so pretty The director said that because of my body type, my ribs are spread apart and the bones protrude a bit, so the side line needed to be created for it to look pretty. As expected!!!! A specialist’s eye 🙇🙇 Since it was revision surgery, I was very careful when deciding, but the results are good, so I’m leaving a review!!! Everyone looking into revision surgery like me, or everyone scheduled for revision surgery, fighting!!
