It has been 1 year. Because of my nose, my face also looked long, so I was really stressed. My nose had a very strong masculine image. I had revision rhinoplasty, lowering the silicone implant on the nasal bridge and raising the nasal tip more to create a straight-to-slightly-curved line. I had it done by a director known for having a good aesthetic sense, and even now, there is no drooping or change in shape. It is holding up well. From the front, the silicone was also crooked, and that was corrected too, so the improvement from the front is really significant.
