My nasal bridge was on the low side, so my side profile looked really flat It looked somewhat okay from the front, but from the side.. haha On top of that, my upper lip protruded, so it made my mouth look protrusive, and I used to get startled even when someone was just standing next to me, thinking they were staring at me;; I also didn’t like that the area between my eyes looked wide, and I wondered if raising my nose a bit would make it better, so I got a Hiko procedure once before, but the parts I was concerned about didn’t really improve much.. Instead of constantly looking for and getting procedures like this, I thought it would be better to just get rhinoplasty, so I had surgery at a clinic. (I went to consultations at 3 places, and this one was the least exaggerated, realistic + professional!!) During the consultation, they said that because my nose was small, there would be a limit to how high it could be, so I was worried the height might not be very different from when I had the Hiko procedure, but I’m completely happy with it now!! I had surgery using silicone and autologous costal cartilage for a bulbous nose, droopy nose, alar reduction, columella lowering, and lengthening, and it looks pretty from the front and even prettier from the side!! haha Now that my nasal bridge is defined, I think my face looks smaller too. They said there would be a limit to the height, so I didn’t imagine such a pretty nasal bridge, but it came out with good height and seems to suit my features well, so I’m super satisfied haha
