After my nose surgery, my nose kept looking upturned and the silicone started showing through, so I wanted to improve it. While looking through plastic surgery apps, I saved mostly pretty noses, and most of them were people who had rhinoplasty at RU Plastic Surgery. I don’t know the details well, but what made me feel that Dr. Kim Hyun-joo is good at nose surgery was that the area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested didn’t hurt much, and my nose hurt less than during my first surgery. Silicone was placed in the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage in the nasal tip, and I had correction for a pinched nose and upturned nose. There is still a lot of swelling, so I’ll have to wait and see, but I’m satisfied that my nostrils show less than before the revision surgery.
