155 / 40 Rib cage under 65 No existing breast tissue Motiva Mini 220/245 Transaxillary incision Bony-thin, pigeon chest, asymmetry Thin skin
While looking for reviews under extremely difficult conditions, I saw reviews from people with body types like mine and decided on Fore Plastic Surgery because their aesthetic goal matched mine..! Since my upper body is very thin and my ribs protrude, ⭐️naturalness⭐️ was the most important thing to me rather than size. So I decided on Motiva Mini🤕
On the day of surgery, even before the surgery, I could feel that the director was sketching very meticulously. He said that because even my rib cage shape and bone structure were asymmetrical, it would not be an easy surgery, and that he would take all of those factors into account, bring all the different sizes, check them one by one, and proceed! He asked me what I was worried about and said he would do a good job, so I was able to relax.
Just the fact that I was going into the operating room made me cold, nervous, and scared, but the nurses were very kind and quickly told me what was happening. The director came in, we exchanged a few words, then I fell asleep, and when I woke up, I had breasts 😮😮 The shape is so fascinating. It looks natural, and my asymmetry was really severe, but he made them nicely symmetrical.
On the first day, maybe because of the anesthesia used during surgery, I had no pain at all. It was just pain around the cleavage area + discomfort at the underarm incision sites..!! I had some bleeding so I did have drains, but on the day of surgery I was honestly totally fine, so I ordered tasty food with a friend at the hotel, watched Netflix until late in the evening, and went to sleep.
Every Fore review said there was not much pain, but for me it was not completely painless; I think it was about the level of muscle soreness I expected! It was not truly painful, just a slight throbbing? (I am usually very sensitive to pain.)
The day after surgery hurt a bit more than the day of surgery I think it was hard until I took my medicine in the morning. Once I took the medicine, I was okay, and on days when my immunity felt low, taking one extra Tylenol made it fine!
Rather than pain at the surgical site, it felt like my overall immunity had dropped and cold symptoms were overlapping. I usually get similar symptoms when my immunity is low, and I also had my period, so I think everything overlapped
Also, I live with my family and had it done secretly. I only stayed at a nearby hotel on the day of surgery, then stayed home throughout the Lunar New Year holiday afterward, and I did not get caught That is how manageable the pain was for daily life..!!!
✅Week 1 - Condition worsened due to premenstrual cold symptoms right before surgery + my period starting the day after surgery - My condition went up and down depending on the day > once I took medicine, I was fine right away - Started washing my hair from day 5 - Took 5 days off and went back to work (office job) > only had to be careful when taking the subway - The painful area switched between the left and right, but mainly my left breast hurt (more was inserted on the right side) - It was hard to take deep breaths, so if I talked while walking, I would get short of breath - Stitches removed on day 7 🥺
✅Week 2 - As my breasts started to feel like they were softening, the pain got worse (especially when walking) - Condition went up and down, took Tylenol about 3 extra times - Underarm tape replaced - Around day 10, the pain suddenly got better..! Only mild pain remained, and as long as I did not move too abruptly, there was no pain - Taking deep breaths became comfortable; it only hurt when sneezing - Daily life completely possible
✅Week 3 Almost no pain, just occasional tingling? I finished all the prescribed medicine and started taking the capsular contracture medication prescribed by the director. I am doing daily life very well, and my family still has not found out 🥲
Because I have forward head posture + rounded shoulders from sitting and working all day, my shoulders and underarms tend to get tight and stiff, so while changing the taping, the director stretched my arms for me
Every time I go to the hospital, the director personally checks my condition, asks me to try putting on the compression bra myself, and teaches me how to manage the taping, so I think I am recovering well 🙂🙂 The staff are all extremely kind too. They hold my hand warmly, and the consultants remember me and ask if my condition is okay, which really moved me..
Also, I originally thought about an inframammary incision, but after the surgery, because my body type is so thin, I think it would have been visible if I had done an inframammary incision, so I feel I made the right choice with the transaxillary incision. Considering my before appearance, I think the shape turned out really natural.
It is only week 3, so it is not perfect yet, but still, at this point there is not much upper-pole fullness, there is not much swelling, and it looks natural, so I am satisfied 🥹🥹
