I think the surgery went well, but the right side was especially more swollen. When I went for a progress check the next day, I said it felt like the salivary gland area hurt quite a lot, and they said of course it would hurt. That was true, but it was my first time having pain around the salivary gland area, so I wasn’t sure and asked because I was curious whether it was okay.
The surgery turned out very well. The square jaw area near the ears was operated on cleanly, and the director had said that the step-off between the square jaw and cheekbones would disappear and become smooth, and that is what happened. Anyway, it is difficult right after surgery, but after getting it done, it is definitely a surgery with consistently high satisfaction. I also didn’t have any of the serious side effects I had worried about. I think it’s because their surgical technique is good. They seemed to prioritize safety, and above all, I liked that they told me accurately whether I was someone who could safely have the surgery and about how much effect I could expect.
