Because the space between my eyes is wide, I thought I would hate it even more if too much was closed off and my eyes looked dull. The director understood my needs and told me to restore only one side.
At first, I wondered, “Wouldn’t it be right to do both eyes in case they become uneven?” But if I didn’t really have any complaints about my left eye, the director recommended touching it as little as possible, closing the right side where the lacrimal caruncle exposure was severe, and improving the dog ears on both the left and right sides. After a lot of thought, I followed the director’s choice, and in the end, I’m so satisfied ㅠ The lacrimal caruncle exposure from the medial epicanthoplasty was naturally covered, and more than anything, I really love the shape ㅠㅠ Rather than feeling like the lacrimal caruncle was tightly stitched shut, the old unnatural and awkward inner corners of my eyes now look very natural and pretty, so I’m feeling relieved, like, ha, I’m finally graduating..
Secret’s biggest strength = the shape is pretty Downsides = inner-corner scarring, Mongolian spots, internal restoration? I think I had heard those comments often.
Maybe because I’m not originally that sensitive, I honestly didn’t really care what happened with things like Mongolian spots or scars. I just wanted the shape… to look natural, and that’s why I chose Secret, so I have no regrets at all.
More than anything, every time I go for follow-up visits, they let me consistently receive swelling laser treatments, give me scar injections too (scar injections seriously hurt so much, it feels like coming back from the dead), and even give forehead Botox so my double eyelid shape turns out pretty..
