One-month review after lower and lateral canthoplasty, under-eye fat repositioning, and fat grafting

I had lower and lateral canthoplasty, under-eye fat repositioning, and fat grafting (forehead, side cheeks, chin) together with Director Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell Plastic Surgery. Overall, it does not look too obvious and feels natural, so I am very satisfied. I am getting married soon, so I wanted to become prettier in a natural way without it being noticeable, and it turned out exactly how I wanted.

The concerns I had with my face were small, narrow-looking eyes, the fat under my left eye protruding when I smiled, and a peanut-shaped face.

First, after getting under-eye fat repositioning, the under-eye fat looked smoother, and I liked that it did not show in photos when I smiled! As for the fat grafting, at first I wondered if it looked a bit excessive, but once the swelling went down, my facial lines looked softer without feeling overdone, and it felt like only a slight amount of volume had been added, so I am satisfied because the change is very natural. For the lateral and lower canthoplasty, overall it did not make my eyes look like sanpaku eyes, and as I wanted, the back was opened a lot while the lower part was opened moderately, so I think the balance came out well. I feel like I escaped my small, narrow-looking eyes, so I like it! I also like that the change in the outer corners of my eyes is not too big (because I liked my original upturned outer eye corners).

I think this surgery is a good fit for people who want to improve their image naturally / people who want to look good in photos (especially before a wedding!!). It was also nice that dual canthoplasty or other surgeries could be done at a good price.
