Nose Re-Surgery

If the nasal tip spreads too much after complete removal..

I’m thinking of having everything removed, but no matter how I think about it, my original nasal tip was really blunt and wide. I am worried, but if it becomes too blunt and wide after removing everything, would cartilage tying be possible after 6 months? I don’t want to put in autologous costal cartilage, silicone, or anything like that again, and I’m wondering if just the nasal tip can be refined.. This would be my third surgery, and during my first surgery I only had closed cartilage tying, and back then it wasn’t worse than my original nose.. Not that I liked it, though.. Because I felt it was lacking, I had revision surgery with silicone and septal cartilage.. In the end, I’m getting everything taken out haha After complete removal, maybe it would be okay as long as it doesn’t spread as much as I’m worried about and ends up somewhere between my original nose and the operated nose.. The hospital I’m considering says they don’t do cartilage tying when removing implants.. Or should I look again for a hospital that does cartilage tying? But somehow I also feel like completely removing everything is the right thing to do..
