Has anyone had a septal extension removed at PRM, not in cases where the extension was done with autologous costal cartilage or ear cartilage, but where septal cartilage was harvested and used for the septal extension? I guess they can only know once they open up the nose, right? Whether they can remove the septal extension too, or whether they can't remove it..
