My lips were originally on the thin side, so it was really stressful. Kim Songyi Clinic was close to my home, and since it has a single director, I saw a lot of reviews saying they look at things in detail, so I went. It was my first time getting lip filler, so I didn’t really know the filler types, but I was surprised because they had such a wide variety of imported and domestic options.
I figured imported products would probably be better than domestic ones, so I got Restylane. It’s been about 7–8 months now since I even had the retouch, and I’m not sure if it’s because I use straws a lot, but at first they were plump, and now it’s almost all gone.
I thought the duration would easily last over a year, so it does feel a bit disappointing that it faded quickly compared to the cost.
Still, for about 6 months, it maintained exactly the plump lip look I wanted, which was nice, and when applying lip products or taking selfies, the difference was definitely noticeable, so I was satisfied.
