I went for a consultation about Shurink. I went because I felt like my jawline had been looking a little less defined lately. After looking at my face, they said it wasn’t at a severe stage yet. So they explained that rather than going in strongly right away, it would be better to start lightly. Hearing that made me feel a bit relieved. They did say the effect varies depending on the number of shots, but there wasn’t much specific discussion about which part of my face would lift first. They also said the maintenance period differs from person to person. Overall, it felt like a fairly general explanation. They said the pain is tolerable, but since they added that it varies by person, honestly I couldn’t really get a clear sense of it. The consultation wasn’t unfriendly, but it wasn’t enough to make me feel confident either. The price also varied a lot depending on the number of shots, so I couldn’t decide right away. I felt it would be better to compare a bit more before deciding.
