There was a bit of a wait because of the previous surgery schedule, and although they could have been tired, they explained everything thoroughly and passionately for a long time and gave me a good consultation. The consultation manager was also kind, and there was no consultation fee. The hospital’s customer age range seemed somewhat on the higher side, and I could sense the director’s career background and experience. I wasn’t able to decide because there seemed to be some difference between the result I wanted and the surgical method they explained, but it was a hospital I could recommend for people considering surgery to go in for a consultation.
