My nose is very crooked and I have severe septal deviation, so I had a consultation at a place with an ENT director. First, I got a CT scan, then had a consultation with the consultant, and then consulted with the director. First of all, the consultant was very kind and explained the cost-related parts clearly in an easy-to-understand way~ And when I asked about things I didn’t know, the director answered very kindly. He explained in detail on the CT scan, in an easy-to-understand way, what size my septal cartilage was. He said that for me, silicone would be used for the nasal bridge, and because my septal cartilage is small, donor costal cartilage might need to be used for the nasal tip. He also said that if I don’t like donor costal cartilage, autologous costal cartilage is also possible. For now, I decided to think about it a bit more!
