My face is a bit peanut-shaped, so when getting Botox I asked them to inject it as far toward the back as possible, but the peanut shape still got worse, so I do wonder if my face shape is the problem. While waiting, I heard a woman whose procedure had gone wrong? arguing with the staff, asking why they weren't answering the phone. Some kind of problem had occurred, and the clinic's response was really poor. She had come with a friend to argue, and the staff were just speaking really bluntly and throwing words at her. Watching that made me anxious because I felt like if something went wrong here, I would end up like that person.
