The consultant first listened to my concerns and explained the basic surgical process. She was kind and explained things in an easy-to-understand way, which was nice. After the CT scan, I went in for a consultation with the director. His voice was a bit loud, so I was nervous at first, but he wasn’t angry at all; he was actually bright and kind haha. While looking at the CT results, he explained the hump area and nasal tip structure in detail. He easily explained whether my nasal tip looked low and how the hump would be removed, and he also honestly explained the pros and cons of each material. I liked that the consultation fee and CT scan were free, and there was no pressure at all to pay a deposit! They told me to visit other places too and decide afterward, so I was able to have the consultation without feeling pressured^^
