I recently had an eye consultation, and both the consultation manager and the doctor were really kind, so I was able to have the consultation in a comfortable atmosphere from start to finish. The manager explained each thing I was curious about in detail, making it easy to understand, and also gave me generous, realistic advice tailored to my situation, so I felt I could trust them. The doctor also calmly explained my current condition and possibilities from a professional perspective, and kindly told me what was needed and what to be careful about. Overall, the not-overdone guidance and warm attitude helped build trust, and I was able to talk throughout the consultation without feeling pressured. It was my first visit, but thanks to both of their attentive responses, I got a good impression and felt that I could entrust the process going forward with peace of mind.
